Join Us for the Safe Person Training!

The Safe Person Committee (SPC) within AEGEE is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all members by addressing and combating sexual harassment. We are excited to offer a transformative training program designed to empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to create a secure space within our community.

This training will deepen your understanding of sexual harassment and equip you with practical tools to effectively address it. You’ll learn how to support individuals in need, foster awareness, be able to detect, react and prevent any and all cases of potential sexual misconduct as well as contribute to a culture of respect during AEGEE events.

What to Expect👀

7 days of immersive learning and collaboration! Day 1, Sunday, is reserved for arrivals and an engaging introduction to trainers, organisers, and fellow participants👋 Days 2-6 will be skill-building workshops focused on strategies to foster safety and well-being, preparing you to become a confident Safe Person💪 And lastly, Day 7, Saturday, will be a heartfelt farewell as we celebrate our collective commitment to a safer AEGEE🌸

This training is open to all AEGEE members, regardless of prior experience in the field. If you're passionate about creating a supportive environment and are eager to dedicate yourself to this important cause, we welcome you to join us and become a fellow Safe Person maintaining a safe environment in AEGEE✨

The training itself will take place in Novi Sad between the 24th and 30th of November, with the 24th and the 30th being the arrival and departure dates. The cost of the fee will be 130€ along with an additional 5€ money transfer fee needed.
